Single Issue?

Tuned in to a radio show by someone I respected, only to find an ad from PPACT on the site:

When I informed Greg Howard by tweeting him the following screenshot, he promptly jumped my shit, blocked me, and issued the following:

How quickly I went from a long time friend to a 'stupid single issue voter'. If you're willing to compromise and be funded by blood money, Greg, have at it. You claim to have no control over who funds blog talk radio, but you could easily take control and do your show elsewhere. I hope you felt it was worth a friendship to help support Abortion USA in order to keep your few listeners. I won't be among them anymore. Some of us consider the right to life a pretty important issue-without it, all other rights are irrelevant.

  1. sad, really. guess this kind of thing goes to show who our real friends are. so sorry your friend chose supporting the Abortion Lovers' Club instead of choosing what really matters in the scheme of things.

    1. Anyone who can so quickly turn on someone who has repeatedly defended them was never a friend to begin with. I'm embarrassed for the many times I defended him. He's more interested in having his ego stroked then standing by his convictions. Sellout. Sadly, there are many more where that came from, and all their bickering and infighting is just giving undecided voters (who will be the deciding force this election) more reasons to vote Obama.

  2. hey, you didn't know he'd flip the script and start trippin. unless you're blessed with the gift of mindreading or being able to predict the future, don't beat yourself up over not seeing it coming. :)

in the meantime, all you can do is pray that he'll come to his senses and starts to recognize what really matters in the end. i'll pray for his conversion tomorrow.
