  1. I can think of another way not to be a grandparent at 35. Respect your body and make intelligent decisions about when, how, and with whom to have sex. If someday you and your partner choose to bring a child into the world together, raise your child to embrace similar values. Of course, it's so much easier just to become the youngish grandparent of a dead baby, I suppose.
