Prochoice Friend?

Yeah, that would be enough to make anyone prochoice, huh. NOT.

  1. They're looking for a short term solution (abortion), to a long term problem (mental illness), if that makes any sense. Funny, they don't understand helping her with the latter may prevent the former. Or maybe they just don't care.

  2. Her story sounded like a load of bull to me. That was the first thing I thought too-call the mental health helpline if you really want to help her.

  3. Yeah, it may be bull. if not, she's enabling her to continue the lifestyle that could have killed her, and that still might kill her.

  4. Agreed. Stupid and irresponsible either way.

  5. If my friend asked me to do that.... I would be calling the hospital? Her getting an abortion won't help the obvious mental issues, just give her a dead baby. :/ Don't know how that would turn ANYONE pro-choice. I call bull on it anyway.

  6. Dude, I am embarrassed, I totally forgot that this account is the one that I connected to my blog I have for an abuse survivors group I belong to. So, yeah, disturbing personal stuff that people probably shouldn't read. Awkward. Sorry about that if anyone read it. Embarrassed.

  7. No reason to be embarrassed, and sorry to hear you suffered abuse. I hope you've gotten justice.

  8. What an idiot. Helping her/supporting her as she kills her baby isn't going to help ANYTHING about the situation she's in. With friends like these...

  9. Typical stupidity from the 'caring for women'
    crowd.
