Consenting to Stupidity
The 'I consented to sex but not to pregnancy' argument is one of the oldest and stupidest in the proabort repertoire. Let's apply their rhetoric to some other real life situations and see how it holds up:
I consented to eating big macs and fries every day, but I didn't consent to heart disease and that heart attack I had.
I consented to smoking a pack a day but didn't consent to lung cancer.
I consented to stealing, but not to jail time.
I consented to driving drunk, but not to facing charges for the kids I hit and killed while driving drunk.
Epic fucking STUPID. Prochoice is more than willing to consent to sex, and happy to lay blame on others for the consequences of sex. Anything to avoid responsibility. If you consented to the act that precipitates conception, your consent to pregnancy was already a given. Your unborn child didn't consent to being placed in the womb of a degenerate, either. Try consenting to adulthood and get back to us.
